This mobile app is designed for the consumer to be able to ask questions and get answers from licensed professionals. The answers provided are all written by licensed professionals and are designed to be targeted to your specific issue. If an answer is not available in our database, you have the ability to submit your question and a response will be provided to you. The consumer has the opportunity to choose from a list of pre vetted licensed and insured professionals who service their area to contact for assistance with their problem. We follow up on every call and offer the consumer the opportunity to submit a survey on their experience with the vendor that they contacted and to give the experience a rate. These consumer ratings are shown for each vendor on the vendor list page
